What do we offer?
Besides a good place to sleep, we offer our guests the following:
- Automated check-in and check-out procedure
- Free wifi
- Network cables in the rooms
- Free use of the kitchen in the apartment including kitchen equipment
- Breakfast service for € 10,- p.p. You can order breakfast by email separately from the reservation.
- Cleaning, linen and bed linen is included.
- Each room has its own bathroom.
- Beautiful view over the old town of Deventer
To make it pleasant for everyone, we have the following house rules:
- Smoking and pets are not allowed. A violation of this rule will cost you € 250,-
- Minors are only admitted under parental authority
- You are expected to behave like you do at home and not cause any trouble
- You respects the belongings of other people and treat it as it is your own belonging/property
- Everybody's (night) rest is respected so don't make unnecessary noises
- Parties with loud music and shouting/singing are not allowed
- Additional visitors must be registered in advance at the hotel by email
- We have video cameras in place to ensure safety
- Please let us know by email or telephone when there are any defects, imperfections or complaints
- If the house rules are broken, we will call you to account. If necessary, extra costs will be charged and in the worst case the police will be informed
